Bracklesham Bay is famed for its fossil beds, deep sandy beaches at low tide, watersports and unspoilt coastline. Bracklesham is close to East Wittering and the AONB protected beaches of West Wittering and East Head - both are within walking distance along the beach at low tide.
This delightful, modern 2 Bedroom Ground Floor Self Catering HolidayApartment is just 50m from the long sand & pebble Beach at Bracklesham Bay. The Bay Apartment is available for short breaks and longer holiday rentals.

Tastefully appointed throughout, with one standard double bedroom and one king size double or twin (2'6" beds) bedroom, Bathroom with bath & overhead shower, wc and handbasin. Duvets & Pillows supplied.The Kitchen is well fitted with Dishwasher, Cooker & Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave oven and a full range of utensils, saucepans, crockery & glassware for up to 4 guests.
A laundry service is available at additional cost - please see Hire list. Free WIFI is also available. Unallocated parking available for one car.
We can accommodate one well behaved small/medium dog at an additional nightly charge of £5-£10 at the Bay Apartment only.

The Boathouse Apartment - sleeps 1-2
The Boathouse apartment is located in the grounds of Croftside Cottage Birdham, which borders the area of outstanding natural beauty of Chichester Harbour. The Boathouse has one bedroom with king size bed & is our 'lazy' self catering apartment.
The foldaway kitchen comprises a halogen hob with two burners, a microwave oven with grill, fridge with icebox, toaster, sink, and is well equipped with utensils, saucepans, cutlery, china and glassware - ideal for microwave meals, takeaways or simple 'stay at home' suppers. The spacious lounge has a TV and DVD.
The Shower-Room comprises walk-in shower unit, wc and wash-hand basin. Externally, the apartment enjoys its own secluded patio area (west facing) with BBQ. Free WIFI is also available.
During most of the year a full 'Croftside' breakfast is available by arrangement at an additional charge of £7.50-£8.50 per breakfast*
The Boathouse Apartment is offered for holiday rentals on a flexible basis and depending on season may be rented from just 2 nights**
Standard prices range from £45-£80** per night depending on season.
